Earliest records date from 1960, with correspondence and other materials pertaining to plans for construction, etc. Materials are ongoing, as the school is still in operation. They come mainly from the generalate offices, the school, and alumnae. The material has been grouped into nine series: Construction/Dedication (1960-1964); History (1961-); Administration/Personnel (1963-); Finances (1962-); Publications (1966-); Alumnae/Development (1983-); Sisters (1960-); Contingency Plan (1977-); School (1962-). Records consist of correspondence; newspaper clippings; agreements and deed; specifications; photos; booklets; historical accounts; flyers; brochures; agenda; résumés; contract forms; role descriptions; lists of statistics; directives; minutes; articles of incorporation and bylaws; financial statements; salary scales; newsletters, newspapers, and yearbooks; diary; annual chronicles; programs; reports; plans; blueprints; bulletins; appraisals; invitations; handbooks; curriculum guides; slides; audio and video cassettes; ephemera. There is a great deal of material covering the construction and dedication. At the time of inventory, written historical accounts cover the period from 1961 to 1981, but other materials, such as photos, date up to the 1990s. Several yearbooks are missing.
