The earliest items in this collection, 1987, are the original Articles of Incorporation, some newspaper articles, and one of the thirteen scrapbooks. The latest are newspaper articles about the closing, and a confidential letter to the Sisters of Providence. The collection is not divided into series. Records are arranged by type and thereunder chronologically by date. Sister Marie Esther Sivertsen did a partial inventory of this collection in June 2014, and a complete inventory in November 2014, when the rest of the materials were sent to the archives. |
